In the first call, let our recruiter learn about you and your story to check a potential fit to Solarclarity.This is also a chance for you to ask first questions about the role and company.

First interview

We invite you for a first (digital) interview with the recruiter and hiring manager. This is how we discover whether the position and company culture are a good fit.

Assessment time

We want to go a little deeper with an assessment focused on skills, personality and ability. Which assessment we send to you, depends on the position.

Final chat

You made it to the very last stage! In this interview we will go deeper into your personality and the assessment made.

Offer & sign!

We will finalize the contract and welcome you to the club with open arms!

Onboarding

Are you starting with us as a new colleague? Then you can expect a good onboarding from us. Bring pen, paper and a fresh head to your first weeks. Because we would like to tell you all the ins and outs about our company.

In our onboarding programme, you will meet managers from different departments and Peter, the owner, will tell you more about the history of Solarclarity. Together with other new colleagues. And we turn the proposition around. You don't have to shake everyone's hand, we'll come to you.
